Buster or Tobias?

rhiannosaurus:

I can’t pick a favorite.

I’m a GOB girl, myself. Though I not-so-secretly hope to be just like Lucille when I grow up.

I… am not sure why I read this entire post on which blanket-with-arms is best. But I did. Now you can too.
Remember a year ago when people were purchasing, gifting, and using these ironically? I think we’re using them in earnest now. For the record, I have a Slanket. It was a gift. While it seems nice, to be honest I don’t use it too much. Maybe I’m the last person left with this hangup, but there’s still something a little depressing to me about a blanket with sleeves.

Forget RPattz. Jason Segel’s Dracula is the lovelorn vampire for me.

Jason Segel’s obsession with muppets is definitely both adorable and a little creepy, not that that should be surprising— “adorable and a little creepy” sums up pretty much his entire career. (The exception might be Eric from Undeclared, who is more like “creepy and a little adorable.”)

I knew I was Team Karen for a reason. I may be jumping the gun, but I feel pretty confident saying this: Rashida Jones, you are awesome. And hot. And I can’t wait to read this.

I volunteered to serve food to the workers at Ground Zero after 9/11. There were dogs trained to find living people. The people who worked with the dogs became worried because the day after day of not finding anyone was beginning to depress the animals. So the people took turns hiding in the rubble so that every now and then a dog could find one of them to be able to carry on.

Sigourney Weaver Interview - Esquire

That’s depressing on a few levels. :(

I don’t want to be the woman critic. I don’t want to be the feminist critic. I don’t want to be the shrew. What I want to do is talk about the art that I love and point out, every so often, inequities… It’s a weird balancing act and I’m not saying there aren’t contradictions.
