In a way, Paul Walker really makes you appreciate the craft of acting. The best actors slip into their roles so seamlessly you forget they’re acting at all. Paul Walker in Fast Five is the flip side of that. He’s so utterly unconvincing that it reminds you that acting, even lightweight action-movie acting, is a skill that needs to be learned and honed, and that not everyone can do it.
Ah good point! Forgot about that movie, that was actually a decent performance. Nothing amazing, but he wasn’t terrible...
